Ingredients:
- 2 cups of your fav milk substitute – soya, almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of frozen, pitted plums
Combine in a blender until smooth. You can use thawed pitted plums, but adding frozen plums will give your smoothie more body and keep it colder, longer.
